Where do I start… Let’s start with how it arrives.
The unit comes packaged in 3 layers of boxes, an outer Amazon shipping box, an outer H12 box that is about the same size as the vacmop and then another full label / product box. It comes in a few pieces but it’s super easy to put together. The top just snaps into the base and you are good to go. The cleaning / charging station has a few parts that slide in (1 holds the spare brush, and 1 holds the spare filter), then you plug it into the wall, and you are ready to charge the unit. It did come with some charge already, we have 2 of these, each one had a different amount, one was closer to 40% one was closer to 50%.
Filling the clean water tank is fairly simple, a rubber plug on top can be opened and then water just goes on. The solution that is provided has a measuring cup cap, this gets a bit messy when you put the cap back on, some solution will drip down the sizes. The solution itself has a nice smell. kind of like men’s cologne. Once the tank is full of water and solution, you are ready to clean.

I love this wet vac and the convenience!!
I’m so glad I got this! It makes it so much easier, quicker and convenient to wash the floors. It does a very good job on our engineered hard woods, which we have in our entire house, including 4 bathrooms, and the self clean and drying mode is a huge bonus! It doesn’t take much room to store it in a corner of our laundry room or mud room. Highly recommend this wet vac!

I didn’t realize how dirty my floors were
Every once in a while you get a cleaning product that just changes the game. This is one of those products. It does such a good job at getting everything off the floor. Big stuff like onion wrappers or dog food and does super well with the tiny stuff like dog hair and dirt. I can walk on the floors without shoes and that’s saying something coming from someone with a lot of sensory issues. It’s not too loud, it seems like a really quality product, I’ve been impressed with the suction. I will never not have one of these now. Gosh and it cleans itself! That’s so cool.
