My husband loves it !! very easy setup. Works wonderful, the cleaning abilities with low noise level, suction good, returns to charge. Love the design, don’t have to change the water ASAP. This was value for your money ( if you can catch a sale) Completely no touch, that part I love !!.

Clean floors at last!
I have tried multiple robots with mopping features and without mopping features. We have 3 dogs, 2 of those dogs are big dogs (one is a Rottie) that shed and track in dirt from outside. I have been extremely frustrated with keeping the dirt, fur, and dust under control. THIS IS THE ANSWER!!!! Omgoodness!! I cannot get over how much BETTER this is than the Roomba I just bought this past May. Not only does it clean 100% better, but it also is soooooo much quieter. I don’t even have to adjust the volume on the TV while it’s running. If you have pets and don’t want to mop your floors every day, this will make your life A LOT easier!!!! The only downside is that it’s bagless, but since I don’t have to buy bags, is it really that bad of a downside? My floors are finally clean!!! No more dog fur and muddy paw prints. It has no problems finding the base, the suction is very powerful, and the overall design is very thoughtful. I’m thrilled with how well it works!

Like new, does a great job picking up dog hair
I purchased this at a low price in used, like new condition. It came clean and works perfectly. It’s set through the app to clean at noon and again at 5 pm. She sometimes gets stuck if the dog leaves a toy on the ground or she shuts herself in the bathroom. The app tells me she’s stuck so I can help her out. I need to clean the broom every few days due to dog hair getting wrapped in it but it’s easy to do. When she’s full she heads to the base to empty her belly and continues cleaning. When the basement door is open she never falls down the stairs. She goes from the wood floors to the carpet with no problem but she occasionally gets stuck in rugs. In average she gets stuck 1 time a week. I highly recommend.
